Focaccia a'la Pesto

Tonight i thought I make an entree for an easy dinner start, Focaccia bread.

350g bakers flour i have added half a cup of olive oil, one teaspoon of salt, pepper, teaspoon of rosemary, and teaspoon of thyme. I have crushed two cloves of garlic in there as well. I have raised some fresh yeast (approx 15g) in a bowl with a tiny bit of honey tablespoon of flour and 100ml of warm water. Once the yeast is activated, pour it into the flour mixture and add another 100ml of warm water. Combine all well, spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or silicon mat. Spread some pesto mix on the top and decorate with chopped tomatoes, add some grated mozzarella and parmezan mix. Bake in a 200c oven for 25minutes.
