I love the weather, the sunshine and the people. Nothing beats a good BBQ in the backyard with fresh salads and chilled drinks from the Ice box, enjoyed among family and friends on a breezy weekend afternoon. (...but let me bring the cake..)

Here is my deep ocean pan seared scallops with steamed jasmine rice.

Chocolate Mousse Cake with dark chocolate ganache - Chocoholics Dream Cake

Dense chocolate sponge on the bottom, topped with chocolate mousse, chilled in the fridge for 24hours then topped with dark chocolate ganache.

Now thats super rich Yumm!
