Truffle Pasta
Home made pasta combined with freshly crushed garlic, a hint of Italian black Truffle oil, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Simple and delicious dinner on a rainy day like today.
I made some fresh pasta, for recipe see my post earlier.
I have stirred the freshly cooked pasta through a bit of extra virgin olive oil, 4 cloves of garlic, salt and cracked black pepper, chopped Italian parsley (cilantro is optional instead of the parsley), and added some Parmesan cheese to the pasta as well.
If I would have some fresh black truffle, I would have shaved some on the top when serving. (Sadly it is very very expensive)
