Home Made Pizza
Nothing beats home made food. You can order the best take away pizza, but if you want one that will taste better, and will be healthier than make it at home. You wont regret it.
For a 30x40cm flat low side baking tray, you mix in a bowl:
350g bakers (or pizza) flour
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of dry yeast
2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
220ml warm water
Mix them up till combined, than rest for 10minutes.
Then knead it well but lightly for about 7minutes.
Let it rest for 20minutes, then roll it out to the baking tray shape and size.
Oil the baking tray and put the dough in gently. Push it out to the edges.
From here, is your choice what you have at home, and what you put on it.
I spread pizza sauce first, then sprinkle with oregano and garlic, I used baby tomatoes, bocaccini cheese, fresh basil leaves, parmesan cheez, and finished off with grated mozzarella on the top.
Bake in a preheated 220c oven for 20minutes.
I have also added a tablespoon of sourdough starter to the dough before mixing, but its nor necessary.
This pizza will feed a family of four.
