Sourdough "best dressed"
I have used a new recipe, where i have combined four different flours, Bakers white, Spelt, Wholemeal and Rye and used my home made starter.
1030g Flour (mixed blend)
684g warm filtered water
214g Starter
25g salt
It is a lengthy process, from start to finish about 14hours.
