Turkish Bread Home Made

I don't know about you, but i do like a good Turkish bread. Soft inside and with a bit of crust combined with the mix of sesame and nigella seeds, makes this bread a perfect entree, served with extra virgin olive oil or a variety of delicious home made dip's.

Its made with a simple bread dough. I used 500g bakers flour, salt, fresh yeast activated in 250ml milk with a teaspoon of sugar and 2 tablespoon of flour. Added 3 tablespoon olive oil and 2 tablespoon of plain greek yoghurt or sour cream.. Combine and knead well. Let it rise for 45 minutes. Knead again, and divide dough into two equal portions. Spread them by hand on a baking tray to an oval shape. Let it rest for another 20min. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seed and nigella seed. Cook in a fan forced oven on 200c for 20min.

If you want to spice it up, you could add garlic to the dough as an option.
