Pumkin Bread ("Tokos" Kenyer)

Another version of the previously done potato bread. This time I used a quarter of a small Kent pumpkin instead of the potato, and this made the bread this nice yellowish color. If you prefer, you could add a little finely grated turmeric as well, I just i did not have that at hand. Cooking is based on the same method as the potato bread, I used the same measurements and preparation.
