Twisted Walnut Bread
I have made this up. I think walnut goes well with bread, not sweet at all, and good for you.
Ingredients:
400g Plain Flour
12g Dry Instant Yest
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1.5 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon of Walnut Oil (use Olive oil instead)
100g Finely grind Walnut
250ml Warm Water
Mix all ingredients.
Let it rest for about an hour.
Knead lightly, and twist 3-4 times to shape.
Dust with flour.
Rest for 30 minutes.
Bake in 250c oven, that has been sprayd with water to create humidity, for 20 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
