Spelt White Bread (Tonkolylisztes kenyer)
This is a bread I made with for the Mushroom soup (posted earlier).
Used Bakers White, 80% White Spelt and some Barley flour, total about 1kg.
Added natural spelt starter, salt and water.
Have also added some white sesame and Hemp seeds.
Leavened during the day at room temperature (its a bit cooler now), and baked it in the oven at 250c for an hour.
