Turkish Pide Bread

Traditionally made on hot stones, but I made mine in the home oven, baked on a stone slab.

High water content dough made with poolish. 

Top of the bread has white and black sesame seeds, Nigella seed and I also used some Hemp seed.  

Soft and yummi inside, love the seeded top, it gives a great flavour to the bread.
