Hamburger Breadroll
Turkish style home made hamburger rolls.
Made with bakers flour, salt, water, fresh yeast and a tiny starter. Was a very soft dough, and had to give a couple of hours rising time, and 25minutes on 200c in the oven. Taste nice, great crumb, surely beats the one in maccas.
Sorry, this time i only measured the flour, and that was 350g. The rest i did by feel.
