Challah - (kalacs) - sweet dough

Happy Australia Day! - Here in the southern hemisphere we celebrate Australia day today. 

For the occasion I made a challah (kalacs).  

Not typical australian bread, but we also celebrate different ethnic backgrounds that makes this country so diverse, yet so livable.
