Chocolate Mousse Cake with Raspberry

Smooth chocolate mousse cake with raspberry center.

This cake is based on the chocolate mousse cake i have made previously, but now i have added a layer of raspberry to compliment the sweet bitterness of the chocolate.

I have used frozen berries, perhaps next time i will look for the fresh one if available.
