Gundel Crepes
Famous Hungarian Crepes dessert, thin crepes filled with cooked walnut filling, and a good dash of chocolate sauce on the top. If you like to present it in a fancy way, pour some high content alcohol (70%+ like some rum) on the top, and lite it up at the table. Sure to impress!
Make some crepes with flour, eggs, milk, soda water, sugar and salt.
For the walnut filling - in a pan heat 100ml water add 180g sugar till dissolves, add 300g ground walnut and pinch of salt. Add some cream and some alcohol, like Rum.
For the chocolate sauce - In a pan gently heat 200g dark chocolate, add 150ml cream and some alcohol like Cointreau.
Fill each crepes with two tablespoon of walnut filling, fold and pour the chocolate sauce on the top.
Light it up with alcohol as explained earlier.
