Duck, Duck, and still Duck

Oven roasted duck with pear stuffing and apple cooked on the side. Very simple, just salt the duck well, stuff with fresh pear and throw some chopped apple into the tray.

I have served this with boiled potato pealed and chopped, slightly burned in a pen with onion on duck fat. The duck need 200c in the oven probably about 2-2.5 hours depending on the size.
